＜Notes on Gift Wrapping＞

• You cannot choose the size, color, shape of the wrapping bag, or the ribbon design.
• The wrapping materials used will be selected and prepared by our company to suit the product.

• If the delivery address is different from the orderer, we will ship the items without including any documents that show the price, such as the purchase details.
• We do not provide services for decorative wrappers (Noshi) or message cards.
• Large items such as suitcases are not eligible for wrapping. If you request wrapping for items that cannot be wrapped due to their size, our company will contact you to decline the request, so please understand.
• We do not accept orders for wrapping bags or materials only. Items will be delivered in a wrapped state.
• Please place your order together in the same cart as the desired product.
