If the country you have registered at Buyee or the country of destination for your package is different from the country registered to your PayPal account, your payment via PayPal may be rejected.

Only credit card of ChinaUnion Pay is accepted. Debit card couldn't be used.
At the payment screen, please select your credit card type and enter the name, number and expiration date before proceeding.
All of our customers' credit card information is protected by SSL, an industry standard method of encryption, in order to secure any transmissions.

Alipay

Select the Alipay option at the Payment Method selection screen in your My Page.
Alipay will ask users for verification before making a transaction.
After selecting Alipay as your Payment Method, please follow Alipay's instructions to verify your transaction.

Alipay users can only make payments in Chinese Yuan.

Buyee Wallet

This payment method can only be used for bids and orders with an item value more than 900,000 yen (not including Purchase fee, etc.).
Please select Pay with Buyee Wallet when checking out.

You can deposit funds into your Buyee Wallet through Wise's money transfer service.
Please apply for a deposit in Buyee Wallet before proceeding with a transfer through Wise.
You can specify the final Japanese Yen amount to be deposited into your Buyee Wallet when transfering funds via Wise.
Please note that the exchange rate from foreign currency to Japanese yen, as well as any transfer fees, will be calculated by Wise and will be borne by the customer. Please ensure to check the details on Wise when making the transfer.
Furthermore, please be aware that there may be a delay in the funds transfer from Wise to Buyee Wallet. We recommend initiating the transfer well in advance before placing bids or making orders.

When using Buyee Wallet for bidding or placing orders, the amount will be deducted from your Buyee Wallet balance and be reflected as "Bidding / Ordering".
If you successfully win an auction or your order is accepted, the corresponding amount will be officially deducted from your balance.
However, if you are unable to win an auction or your order is not accepted, or the final price at the time of winning or purchasing is lower than the bid or order amount, the difference or the amount for the unsuccessful bid or order will be held as "On Hold" in your account.
The amount in "On Hold" status can be processed according to your preference (either adding back to the balance or issuing a refund) within 7 days. If no selection is made, the amount will be automatically added back to your Buyee Wallet balance on the 8th day.
Unused Buyee Wallet balance will be refunded through your Wise account once the automatic refund period specified during the deposit application has expired.

Buyee Point

Buyee Points can be purchased with a credit card starting from 500 points. The amount can be specified by 1 point.

When you win an auction, the amount specified by the customer will be deducted from the balance of points automatically.
After placing a bid from until the auction ends, the points will be on hold, and your points will not be deducted unless you win the bid.

Please note that in an auction, the points on hold will not be unlocked until the auction is over.
When placing an order, points will be deducted when you send the order request.
If your purchase does not go through, your points will be returned to your balance.

Delivery Date

After the item has arrived at our warehouse, it will be shipped to your address once you have completed payment for the package shipping costs.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees include domestic and international shipping

This fee covers the cost of shipping from the store to Buyee's warehouse in Japan. Payment for domestic delivery is made to in advance the store by Buyee on behalf of the customer.
Domestic shipping fees vary based on the package's weight, size, origin, and shipping method. Typically, the price falls within the range of 150 yen to 1,500 yen.
As a general rule, we request that stores use a shipping method with tracking to minimize the risk of packages getting lost during transit.
If the store provides a shipping method with no tracking, we may require to switch to a shipping method with tracking.
Therefore, even "free shipping" items might require a domestic shipping fee due to a change in shipping method.
For package management purposes, we may have to process each order, even if purchased from the same store, and therefore domestic shipping charges may apply to each order.

This is the shipping fee from Buyee's warehouse to our customers.
International shipping fees are calculated based on weight and size, so we are unable to provide customers with information on international shipping fees until the item arrives at the warehouse and the weight and size are precisely determined. International shipping fees will vary depending on the shipping method used, the weight and size of the package, the shipping carrier and other factors.
Although these are merely estimates, approximate international shipping costs can be calculated using the

About Order Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges After Order Request

At Buyee, since we purchase items on behalf of our customer after the order request, as a general rule, orders cannot be canceled once they have been requested.
If any of the following situations apply, please follow the appropriate procedures according to the "Compensation Plan" provided by Buyee.

If there is a difference in product color, size, quantity, etc.

As a general rule, returns and exchanges at the purchaser's request are not possible.
If you have applied for the "Standard Plan" or "Inspection Plan", If it is confirmed that the store sent an item that is clearly different in size, color, quantity, etc., in principle, Buyee will provide a refund as compensation.
However, items for which the size or color of the item cannot be confirmed by tags, etc., and items for which the contents cannot be confirmed without opening the package are not eligible for compensation, as Buyee cannot determine if the item is wrong during inspection.

If there is a problem with the product

In principle, we do not accept compensation for damaged products.
If you have applied for the "Standard Plan" or "Insured Delivery Plan" and damage caused by an accident during shipping is found at the time of inspection, Buyee will, in principle, provide a refund as compensation.
