Payment Methods
Credit Card Payment
A notification email regarding credit card payment authorization is sent when your payment is confirmed.
It is sent from Dgika KOMOJU (no-reply@komoju.com), so please configure your email settings in advance to receive mail from this address.
The payment amount will be automatically debited from your designated account in accordance with your card membership agreement.
Please select credit card payment and enter the required information when placing your order.
Payment options: Lump-sum payment, revolving payment, installment payment (3 installments)
Payment date: The settlement date of your credit card company.
This site uses an online payment service. All transmitted information, including credit card numbers, is secured with SSL, the standard internet encryption protocol. Please use our service with confidence.
* Please note that authorization may not be granted by the card company depending on the results of their screening.
An "identity verification screen" may be displayed by your credit card company before your order processing is completed. This is a security service to confirm that the cardholder is the person making the purchase and to protect your safety. If you do not know your identity verification password, please contact your card issuer using the contact information on the back of your card.
Credit cards registered under a name other than your own cannot be used.
Please confirm your credit limit with your card company in advance. As payments are processed online, we are unable to issue credit card transaction receipts (sales slips). Only the delivery slip issued by our company will be included with your shipment or sent separately by mail; please refer to it for confirmation. For details of your credit card usage, please check the statement issued by your card company or their online statement service.
Convenience Store Payment (Loppi, FamiPort, Club Station, 7-Eleven)
A notification email regarding convenience store payment authorization is sent when your payment is confirmed.
It is sent from Dgika KOMOJU (no-reply@komoju.com), so please configure your email settings in advance to receive mail from this address.
1. Paying at Lawson (Loppi)
When paying at a Lawson store, you will need the "reception number (6 digits)" and your phone number or transaction number. Upon payment, a "receipt" will be given to you in exchange for the payment; please be sure to receive it.
If you have any questions about operating the Loppi machine, please use the telephone handset attached to the Loppi machine.
2. Paying at FamilyMart (FamiPort)
When paying at a FamilyMart store, you will need the "company code (5 digits)" and "order number (12 digits)" notified by the shop where you purchased the product. Please present the "application ticket" issued by the FamiPort machine at the register to make your payment. The application ticket is valid for 30 minutes.
After payment, you will receive a "transaction details and receipt (customer copy)"; please keep it in a safe place.
3. Paying at Seicomart (Club Station)
When paying at a Seicomart store, you will need the "payment reception number (6 digits)" and your "phone number or transaction number".
The "receipt" is included among the three application tickets printed after operating the Club Station machine.
4. Paying at 7-Eleven *7-Eleven payment is currently suspended.
When paying at a 7-Eleven store, please save the payment slip number (13 digits) notified by email from the shop where you purchased the product, tell the cashier you would like to make an "online payment", and pay at the register.

Orders from overseas are handled through the "Buyee" shipping service; we do not ship directly from our store. Please understand this before making your purchase.
"Buyee" is a proxy purchasing service: when you access our store from overseas, a cart for international orders is displayed, and purchases are made through that cart.

Receiving Your Order
Deliveries are made by Sagawa Express courier service. If you are not home, a delivery notice slip will be left; please check it and contact Sagawa Express to request redelivery.
Please note that if one week passes without contact, the Sagawa Express storage period will expire and the order will be treated as a return/cancellation.
In that case, the return shipping fee will be charged to you.

We strive to ensure the quality of the products we deliver, but in the unlikely event that you receive the wrong quantity, the wrong product, or a defective item, we will promptly exchange it for a good one.
For returns, please contact us within one week of receiving the product at the address below and return the item to us.

Important Notes
Returns or exchanges due to customer preference are accepted only for unused items, provided that you contact us within one week of receiving the product.
In that case, the return shipping fee and the shipping fee for redelivery are borne by the customer.
For returns, we will process a refund after confirming the arrival of the returned item and verifying your payment.
If a refund is made by bank transfer, the refund amount will be the product price minus the bank transfer fee.
Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases.
• Products with initials, names, or other personalization
• More than one week has passed without contacting us
• Products soiled or damaged due to the customer's responsibility
• Products lost due to the customer's responsibility
• Products that have been used, even once
