1. How to pay at Lawson (Loppi)
To make a payment at a Lawson store, you will need "your reception number (6 digits) and phone number or handling number". When making your payment, please remember to receive "a receipt", as you will be given one in exchange.

2. How to pay at FamilyMart (Famiport)
To make a payment at a FamilyMart store, you will need the "company code (5 digits)" and "order number (12 digits)" provided by the shop where you purchased the product. Please present the "application ticket" issued by Fami Port to the cashier and make a payment. The "application ticket" is valid for 30 minutes.
After payment, we will provide you with a "handling statement and receipt (customer copy)", which you should keep in a safe place.
3. How to pay at 7-Eleven
To make a payment at a 7-Eleven store, you will need to either print out the "Internet Shopping Payment Slip" and bring it to the store, or handwrite the "Payment Slip Number (13 digits)" on a memo and tell it at the store.
Please pay in cash at the cash register by the payment deadline.
Payment can be made at any 7-Eleven store.
4. How to pay at Seicomart (Club Station)
To make a payment at a Seicomart store, you will need a "payment acceptance number (6 digits)" and a "phone number or handling number."
The "receipt" is one of the 3 application tickets printed after operating the club station.

About receiving the product
The courier carrier is Sagawa Express. If you are absent, you will receive an absentee notification slip, so please be sure to check it before contacting Sagawa Express for redelivery.

Returns and exchanges for customer requests will only be accepted if the product is unused and you contact us within one week of receiving it.
